Terms & Conditions
Please review our studio policies before your appointment.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable $10 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your service total and is deducted from the final price on the day.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the $10 deposit.
- No-shows will forfeit the full deposit with no option to reschedule.
- To reschedule, please contact me via Instagram DM or email at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. The full service price still applies for shortened appointments.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
- Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment.
- A patch test is recommended 48 hours prior to tinting or lamination services if you have sensitive skin.
- Finesse Aesthetics is not liable for allergic reactions if a patch test was not requested or completed.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted methods include cash, bank transfer, and card (via Stripe). The $10 deposit is deducted from your final total.
Refunds & Touch-Ups
- Nail repairs within 3 days of your appointment are free of charge.
- After 3 days, repairs are $5 per nail.
- If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so we can arrange a touch-up.
- Refunds are not offered for completed services, but I will always do my best to make it right.
Studio & Hygiene
- Finesse Aesthetics operates from a private home-based studio in East Hills. The exact address is provided upon booking confirmation.
- All tools are sanitised and/or single-use to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
- Please arrive with clean, product-free lashes/brows for lash and brow services.
Clients Under 16
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will need to provide consent for services.
